The Maxim Christmas Competition

And the winner is…

Thank you to everyone who entered this year’s Christmas competition. We asked you to identify some of our clients in the images below and just two of you got all 10 correct.

Congratulations to Lucy Steer at Cripps who was drawn at random (from a very small hat). A case of Chapel Down Brut is on its way so she can celebrate in style.

A prize will also be awarded to Chris Hobbs as he was the only other entrant who worked out which of our clients we had recreated in miniature.

The answers are below.

The Maxim Christmas Quiz - Question 1

1. Rochester Bridge Trust - for those of you familiar with Langdon the Lion, this was an easy one.

The Maxim Christmas Quiz - Question 2

2. TedXFolkestone – no prizes for identifying TedX, but if you visited our clients page, this one wasn't hard to work out.

The Maxim Christmas Quiz - Question 3

3. Stagecoach South East – there were several clues in this image. The bus is clearly marked in Stagecoach colours and the '25' represents the company's anniversary, an occasion we helped them celebrate last year.

The Maxim Christmas Quiz - Question 4

4. Royal British Legion Industries (RBLI) – the poppy is synonymous with RBLI, which is probably why every entrant identified this image correctly.

The Maxim Christmas Quiz - Question 5

5. GSE Group – a lot of people guessed 'Borough Green Sand Pits' but the clue was the logo on the digger. Easy once you've seen it, isn't it?

The Maxim Christmas Quiz - Question 6

6. London Array – although we've worked with several wind farms over the years, there has only been one offshore. The clue was the ‘sea' at the bottom of the picture.

The Maxim Christmas Quiz - Question 7

7. NIAB EMR – this was slightly tricky with a lot of entrants suggesting Produced in Kent was the answer. The main clue was the greenhouses as NIAB EMR is a horticultural and agricultural research institute specialising in fruit.

The Maxim Christmas Quiz - Question 8

8. Kings Hill – we also accepted Liberty Property Trust, developers of the mixed use development. The silver ball (or in this case a Christmas bauble) – entitled ‘A different ball game' – is one of the pieces of public art at the site.

The Maxim Christmas Quiz - Question 9

9. Medway Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) – this was a hard one and understandably guesses ranged from Benenden Hospital to Kent Medical Campus. However, if you googled Medway CCG you may have recognised the building pictured. Staff are often interviewed outside.

The Maxim Christmas Quiz - Question 10

10. DHA – many people saw the drawings and assumed the answer was Clague Architects but the clue was the logo for planning consultants DHA which is just visible on the plans.
